What is NeuralBTC AI?
An AI engine that analyzes Bitcoin and gold in real time and issues BUY/SELL/WAIT trade signals with entry, stop-loss, take-profit, and confidence. Every decision is streamed publicly on the live terminal. It is a signals service - you keep your own broker and funds.
How do I receive signals?
Four ways, all in the setup guides: (1) the NeuralBTC AI Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5, (2) the multi-exchange bridge for Binance, Kraken, Bybit, Crypto.com, or CEX.IO, (3) Telegram via @NeuralBTC_SignalsBot, and (4) webhooks or email alerts.
Does it trade for me automatically?
Only if you run the MT5 EA or multi-exchange bridge on your side. The signal itself is information; auto-execution happens on your connected platform with your sizing.
Can I trade Gold through the exchange bridge?
No. The exchange bridge accepts BTCUSD signals only. Trade Gold signals through the MT5 EA with a MetaTrader broker.
Why is the AI not taking any trades right now?
Normal. The engine only fires A-grade setups - typically 1-3 per day across both markets, sometimes none. It deliberately stands aside in choppy or unclear conditions rather than forcing trades.
What does my API key do?
It activates the EA and authenticates your signal feed. It is in your welcome email and on your account page. Keep it private - it is your credential. Every trade the EA opens is stamped with your unique, non-editable magic number.
How much does it cost?

How do I cancel?

"error 4014" or "subscription inactive" in MT5?
4014 means the WebRequest URL is missing - add https://neuralbtc.ai in Tools -> Options -> Expert Advisors, then re-attach the EA. "Inactive/wrong key" means your key is mistyped or your trial is not confirmed - check your dashboard status.
